Kuhn PRO GmbH was founded in December 2024. It offers its services based on more than 15+ years of experience in a large international corporation as a team and department manager as well as project manager in matrix organizations. Our experience includes:
From the project idea, through market screening, designing and implementing a request for proposal (RfP), requirements engineering, to implementation, roll-out, training, handover to operation and, not to forget, holistic support from change management. All of this for classic projects based on the waterfall or V-model but also agile according to Scrum and in DevOps constructs.
As a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner 1 and certified project management specialist (GPM) IPMA Level D (Level B is planned for 2025), the theoretical foundations for practical experience are also available.
