About Us

Kuhn PRO GmbH was founded as a small family business at the end of 2024 to offer various services related to project and program management, consulting and interim management. We are currently trying to build up the company and are therefore constantly looking for customers and colleagues with whom we can implement our visions and project ideas.

As a trained and experienced accountant, she acts as managing director in the new company.

Dr. Thomas Kuhn

Experienced manager at the interface between IT and business with a strong focus on performance, natural authority and outstanding communication skills.

Expertise in project, program and product management as well as portfolio management in the pharmaceutical R&D and IT areas of Bayer AG. Experience in managing significant and complex IT and business projects.

From the project idea, the project design, the market analysis, the product selection, the request for proposal, to the management of the agile implementation according to Scrum, the rollout with training & change management

Implementation based on cPlace

The basis of the new PPM system is cPlace. As part of this project, a new data exchange layer for the exchange of moving and master data was created at the same time for the purpose of integration.

Introduction of a new BI landscape for a pharmaceutical R&D department

Project Manager – 06/2018 to 12/2020

Project Goal

Introduction of a new BI landscape for the analysis and visualization of a pharmaceutical R&D project portfolio. The aim was to create dashboards, self-service reporting options, as well as the creation of opportunities for the creation of ad-hoc reports by the project

Technology Basis: Spotfire and Dundas BI

Spotfire and Dundas BI formed the basis of the new BI landscape. A unified BI system was built on these. For this purpose, hundreds of reports and dashboards from the previous BI system based on MicroStrategy were consolidated and re-implemented.

No BI without data; as part of this implementation, the required data marts within the R&D data warehouse were redesigned and re-implemented.
